'The Fight' is an animation expressing the point of view of an individual suffering from depression, following the journey that they face as they fight their way out from the lowest point in their mental state. Using personification, Sapphire Tait gives depression its own life and form, juxtaposed with symbolism of childhood nostalgia representing a sense of hope.
