Bridging Hope Charity Foundation

Bridging Hope Charity Foundation is Principal Partner of UNSW Art & Design’s ANNUAL Graduate Exhibition.

This major five-year partnership between Bridging Hope Charity Foundation and UNSW Art & Design reflects our mutual philosophy and deep commitment to supporting emerging artists. Nurturing artists in the early stages of their careers is integral in creating prosperous, healthy and happy communities.

As part of this sponsorship, Bridging Hope awards the prestigious TWT Excellence Prize, a $5000 grant to an outstanding graduate who demonstrates a commitment to pursuing a professional career as a full-time artist.

Bridging Hope’s support recognises UNSW Art & Design as one of the world’s leading creative education institutions, with an outstanding record for producing critically acclaimed artists, designers and media creators. Bridging Hope generously supports the immense talent graduating from this institution and is excited about a range of programs the Foundation is looking to become involved in over the coming years.

Australian Design Centre

The Australian Design Centre is proud to present Designing Bright Futures 2018 in partnership with UNSW Art & Design.

Now in its third year, Designing Bright Futures surveys twelve of the most outstanding 2018 design graduates from UNSW Art & Design.

The designers featured in this year’s exhibition are: Chloe Boudib, Samantha Dickens, Hannah Goddard, Meghan Kelly, Boyd Ison, Jo Jarosinska, Matilda Roberts, Marisa Suen, Ivana Taylor, Jenny Tin, Julie Toke and Kirra Weingarth.

To assist these emerging talents, the Australian Design Centre (ADC) will present one student with the ADC UNSW Art & Design Mentorship Award. ADC has a long and notable history of supporting UNSW Art & Design, and Designing Bright Futures continues ADC’s commitment to supporting the work of makers and designers at every stage of their careers.

Special thanks to the curatorial team: Lisa Cahill (ADC), Stephen Goddard (UNSW Art & Design) and designer Henry Wilson.
