Comparing GMO Methods
Despite scientific consensus on the food safety of transgenically modified foods, there is still an unwarranted aversion towards this solution in public opinion. This page spread graphically illustrates the genetic 'mash-up' of traditional selective and crossbreeding modification methods (which has led to almost all of the fruit and vegetables in existence today), and directly compares this to a more precise transgenic method, that only selects for the necessary genes.
