‘Re*claim’ is an activist intervention using experimental graphic design and feminist hacking methods to interrupt the ongoing issues of the 'quantified self' culture and algorithmic bias. This project considers the role of design in questioning this system of tracking for self-perfectibility. Using experimental graphic design research, 'Re*claim' re-positions the lens of data control from the technology industry back into the possession of women. This kit features the 'Re*claim' zine, a stamp, pin and QR code. This kit packages the series of reclaim, users engage differently to each part of the series to fulfil the outcomes of the manifesto.
