Climate change is the most pressing issue of our time, permeating throughout social, economic, political and environmental spheres. However, multi-generational cognitive dissonance has prevented effective climate change action. 'Empathy Lessons' intends to provide planet Earth with a voice, seeking to overcome humanity's continued complacency. Through this project, Kait Polkinghorne urges viewers to change the way they relate to the earth, and encourages a strengthening of this relationship in a personal and intimate way.
