'Can I Not Get That?' is a film-based installation exploring feelings of anxiety, insecurity and discomfort in the presence of an authoritative figure. The film series also depicts the feeling of being watched while in a private space. Through a lack of dialogue and a focus on lighting, sound effects and ambiance, Aisya Yusoff establishes an atmosphere that challenges the audience to focus on the unseen tension between the characters.
